Reviews and Ratings
Padbrook Park proved to be an excellent choice for our family gathering, with clean and spacious rooms, a serene ambiance, and delicious meals. The staff delivered exceptional service throughout our stay, especially during breakfast. However, there was a minor issue with dessert on one occasion, which was quickly resolved. Overall, it offers good value for money, though parking can be a bit cramped during busy times.
I had a delightful experience at this hotel, particularly enjoying a lovely three-course meal on Mother's Day, which was beautifully presented and reasonably priced. The staff truly made us feel special, even giving every mother a box of chocolates. On the flip side, I did encounter a rather underwhelming experience at one of the events, where the food and atmosphere fell short of expectations, and the mix of guests created a rather chaotic vibe. Overall, a mix of highs and lows during my stay.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience quite enjoyable overall. The dinner was a highlight, especially with the delicious steak and ale pie, but breakfast was chaotic due to a large tour group. The staff were genuine and helpful, making the stay more pleasant, and the room was quite nice, albeit with a low bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its dining and friendly staff, but be mindful of busy breakfast times.
I had a delightful stay at Padbrook Park Hotel while celebrating my wife's 60th birthday with family. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms really stood out, and the meals we enjoyed were simply top-notch. The staff went out of their way to make our experience memorable, particularly with the thoughtful decorations for our celebration. However, I did wish the shower had more height options for taller guests, and some areas within the hotel could be a bit more modernized. Overall, it's a great place to stay for families and special occasions.
I had a great stay at Padbrook, which exceeded my expectations with its welcoming atmosphere and fantastic dining experience. The hotel features modern amenities and a friendly ambiance, making it ideal for families, especially those traveling with pets. However, I felt the rooms could use a bit of updating to enhance the overall experience.
